In your FacePass organiser dashboard, add each gate staff member as “Gate Staff” and assign them to your event. Set a simple email + password for each.
Staff download FacePass Go
Your team installs FacePass Go on their own phone, opens it, and chooses “Sign in as staff” — logging in with the credentials you set.
Scan guests in by face
The app auto-scopes to the live event. Point the camera (front or back) at each guest — a recognised ticket-holder is admitted instantly, single- or multi-entry as you configured.
Manual check-in when a face won't read
Bad light or no enrolled face? Staff type the guest's email, see their ticket details + enrolled photo to confirm it's really them, and tap Check In. No one gets stuck at the door.
